Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas implementasi rantai pasok digital berkelanjutan yang berfokus pada tantangan, peluang dan strategi yang terlibat dalam adopsi teknologi ini dalam konteks industri. Di era digital saat ini, integrasi teknologi digital seperti Internet of Things, kecerdasan buatan, dan blockchain dalam rantai pasok telah menjadi kritikal untuk mencapai efisiensi, transparansi, dan keberlanjutan operasional. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review untuk mengevaluasi dan menganalisis literatur yang ada mengenai rantai pasok digital berkelanjutan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan rantai pasok digital yang berkelanjutan dihadapkan pada sejumlah tantangan yang perlu diatasi, termasuk ketergantungan yang berlebihan pada teknologi, resiko serangan siber, keterbatasan akses dan infrastruktur, serta kesulitan dalam mengintegrasikan sistem yang berbeda. Di sisi lain, terdapat peluang dalam meningkatkan transparansi rantai pasok, mengoptimalkan proses, meningkatkan efisiensi energi dan biaya, serta mendorong kolaborasi inovatif antara pemangku kepentingan. Penelitian juga menyajikan strategi penerapan yang efektif, termasuk penggunaan teknologi yang tepat, pengembangan keterampilan karyawan, dan pembangunan kemitraan yang kuat. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini memberikan wawasan yang bermanfaat bagi organisasi yang berusaha untuk mengimplementasikan rantai pasok digital yang berkelanjutan di era digital serta membantu mereka mengatasi hambatan dan memanfaatkan peluang dengan efektif.
