Kepuasan dan kepercayaan merupakan salah satu faktor kunci loyalitas pelanggan dalam berbelanja di e-commerce khususnya shoppee. Artikel ini fokus mengkaji Kepuasan Pelanggan, Kepercayaan Pelanggan, Loyalitas Belanja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dan tinjauan pustaka (Library Research) hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan, kepercayaan, loyalitas berpengaruh terhadap cara pelanggan berbelanja. Artikel ini diharapkan dapat berkontribusi dalam pengembangan keamanan data pribadi bagi pengguna e-commerce.
