Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan melalui Keterlibatan Karyawan pada Klinik Swasta di Provinsi Indonesia Timur

Abstract

Penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain eksplanatori ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis kontribusi budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di klinik swasta. Fokus utama studi ini adalah membedah peran keterlibatan karyawan sebagai faktor yang memediasi hubungan antara kedua variabel tersebut. Penelitian ini melibatkan 17 karyawan klinik swasta sebagai responden yang mengisi kuesioner terstruktur. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Temuan studi menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari budaya organisasi terhadap keterlibatan karyawan, yang pada gilirannya berdampak signifikan pada kinerja mereka. Selain itu, uji efek tidak langsung memperkuat bukti bahwa keterlibatan karyawan berperan sebagai mediator signifikan dalam hubungan antara budaya organisasi dan kinerja karyawan.
