Pengaruh Lean Manufacturing dan Digital Supply Chain terhadap Kinerja Operasional melalui Efisiensi Proses sebagai Variabel Mediasi pada Industri Manufaktur Indonesia Tahun 2025

Industri manufaktur Indonesia menghadapi tantangan yang semakin kompleks di tahun 2025, seiring dengan tuntutan efisiensi, digitalisasi rantai pasok, serta persaingan global yang semakin ketat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Lean Manufacturing dan Digital Supply Chain terhadap Kinerja Operasional dengan Efisiensi Proses sebagai variabel mediasi pada industri manufaktur di Indonesia tahun 2025. Penentuan jumlah sampel dilakukan menggunakan formula Hair, yaitu jumlah indikator dikalikan 5 hingga 10 responden. Dengan total 28 indikator, jumlah sampel minimum yang dibutuhkan adalah 140 responden, dan penelitian ini menargetkan 150–200 responden untuk meningkatkan reliabilitas. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling, karena tidak semua perusahaan manufaktur telah menerapkan lean atau digital supply chain. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner online dan offline. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan SEM-PLS untuk menguji hubungan langsung maupun tidak langsung antar variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Lean Manufacturing dan Digital Supply Chain berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Efisiensi Proses. Namun, kedua variabel tersebut tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Operasional. Efisiensi Proses juga tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Operasional dan tidak memediasi hubungan Lean Manufacturing maupun Digital Supply Chain terhadap Kinerja Operasional. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa peningkatan efisiensi yang dihasilkan belum mampu diterjemahkan menjadi peningkatan kinerja operasional, sehingga diperlukan kesiapan organisasi dan integrasi teknologi yang lebih kuat untuk memaksimalkan manfaat lean dan digitalisasi rantai pasok.
