The Influence of Music Genre, Learning Motivation on Gen-Z’s Learning Performance Through Environmental Consciousness

Studi ini menjelaskan bagaimana genre musik mempengaruhi motivasi belajar terhadap kinerja pembelajaran Generasi Z diseluruh Indonesia, dengan mempertimbangkan peran mediasi kesadaran lingkungan. Penelitian ini menunjukkan jika pemilihan genre musik yang sesuai dapat mendukung performa belajar mahasiswa Generasi Z, terutama dalam gaya belajar dan suasana belajar. Penelitian dilakukan secara kuantitatif dengan survei menggunakan pengolahan data SEM-PLS melalui kuesioner dengan 272 responden Generasi Z. Dengan adanya penelitian yang sudah dilakukan, penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi yang teoritis dan praktis pada motivasi dan kesadaran lingkungan dalam menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang optimal dan membuktikan bahwa genre musik mempengaruhi kinerja belajar dengan adanya kesadaran terhadap lingkungan sekitar.
