Kinerja sebagai perilaku yang ada di tiap individu sebagai wujud capaian kerja yang pegawai hasilkan berdasar pada fungsinya di perusahaan. Komunikasi, kedisiplinan maupun lingkungan kerja dirasa bisa berdampak pada capaian kerja pegawai melalui kepuasan kerja sebagai variable intervening untuk memperoleh tujuan yang sudah direncanakan. Artikel ini mengulas faktor yang memengaruhi capaian kerja pegawai, meliputi komunikasi, kedisiplinan, maupun lingkungan kerja dengan studi literatur manajemen sumber daya manusia melalui kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Kajian ini bertujuan agar bisa merancang hipotesis dampak antarvariabel agar bisa dipergunakan ke kajian berikutnya. Hasil ulasan ini, yaitu: 1) komunikasi berdampak positif maupun krusial bagi kinerja pegawai; 2) kedisiplinan berdampak positif maupun krusial bagi kinerja pegawai; 3) lingkungan kerja berdampak positif maupun krusial bagi kinerja pegawai; 4) komunikasi berdampak positif maupun krusial bagi kepuasan kerja; 5) kedisiplinan berdampak positif maupun krusial bagi kepuasan kerja; 6) lingkungan kerja berdampak positif maupun krusial bagi kepuasan kerja; 7) komunikasi, kedisiplinan dan lingkungan kerja berdampak positif maupun krusial secara simultan bagi kinerja karyawan dan 8) komunikasi, kedisiplinan dan lingkungan kerja berdampak positif maupun krusial secara simultan bagi kepuasan kerja.
