Strategi Meningkatkan Kinerja Perusahaan Konstruksi Melalui Integrasi Supply Chain Management Studi Kasus PT Nindya Karya (Persero)

Sektor konstruksi sebagai kontributor terbesar keempat terhadap PDB Indonesia menghadapi inefisiensi struktural yang diperparah oleh sistem digital yang terfragmentasi, margin proyek yang tipis, dan gangguan rantai pasok. PT Nindya Karya (PTNK), perusahaan konstruksi BUMN multi-pilar, mencerminkan kondisi ini: sistem ERP yang ada tidak mampu mengintegrasikan proses rantai pasok hulu yaitu pengadaan, inventori, dan koordinasi vendor dengan rekonsiliasi keuangan hilir, sehingga menghasilkan silo data, pembengkakan biaya, dan ketidakcapaian target kesiapan INDI 4.0 ≥3,5 yang diwajibkan pemerintah. Penelitian ini mengembangkan strategi transformasi digital Supply Chain Management (SCM) yang terintegrasi dan bertahap melalui pendekatan metode campuran. Relative Importance Index (RII) merangking variabel SCM kritis dari responden survei (n=48), sedangkan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dalam kerangka KBPMS menghasilkan bobot prioritas tervalidasi Direksi pada perspektif Proses Internal, Kapabilitas Sumber Daya, dan Hasil Bisnis. Analisis IFAS, EFAS, SFAS, dan Matriks TOWS menghasilkan temuan ke dalam konteks strategis. Lima modul prioritas teridentifikasi yaitu Digital Warehouse System (DWS), Integrated Vendor System (IVS), Secure Digital Platform (SDP), Digital Invoice Verification (DIV), dan Real-time Integrated System untuk Optimasi COGS (RIS) yang membentuk peta rencana tiga fase selama 36 bulan. Strategi ini menargetkan penurunan COGS 2–3%, menurunkan inefisiensi biaya, mengamankan data, mengintegrasikan pemantauan jejak karbon, dan mencapai kepatuhan INDI 4.0, sehingga mentransformasi integrasi rantai pasok menjadi fondasi strategis bagi kinerja konstruksi yang berkelanjutan.
