Pengaruh Profesionalisme dan Komunikasi Interpersonal Melalui Disiplin Kerja Sebagai Variabel Mediasi Terhadap Kinerja Layanan Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kabupaten Bungo

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh profesionalisme dan komunikasi interpersonal terhadap kinerja layanan baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui disiplin kerja pada Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja (Satpol PP) Kabupaten Bungo. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Satpol PP di Kabupaten Bungo yang berjumlah 57 orang. Teknik penarikan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Sampling Jenuh (Sampling Sensus). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey dan menggunakan analisis data Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa profesionalisme dan komunikasi interpersonal memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja layanan Satpol PP, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui disiplin kerja. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa profesionalisme dan komunikasi interpersonal aparatur mampu meningkatkan kinerja layanan secara lebih optimal apabila didukung oleh disiplin kerja yang baik.
