Penerapan ISO 31000 dalam Manajemen Risiko Proyek Jalan Lingkungan Permukiman (Studi Kasus Dinas Perkim Kabupaten Sukabumi)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi penerapan ISO 31000 dalam pengelolaan risiko proyek jalan lingkungan permukiman oleh Dinas Perkim Kabupaten Sukabumi. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tiga risiko utama, yaitu resistensi sosial akibat kesalahan penentuan lokasi, minimnya sistem drainase yang memicu kerusakan dini jalan, serta dampak cuaca ekstrem yang menyebabkan keterlambatan pekerjaan. Penerapan ISO 31000 masih parsial dan belum terintegrasi secara penuh, khususnya pada prinsip inklusif, dinamis, dan berbasis informasi terbaik. Rekomendasi penelitian meliputi verifikasi geospasial, pengaturan jadwal adaptif berbasis data BMKG, serta wajibnya drainase dalam desain. Penerapan standar ini diharapkan mampu menurunkan tingkat risiko proyek dan meningkatkan kualitas tata kelola infrastruktur public.
