Abstract

Pembangunan Pusat Dakwah Muslimah Wahdah Islamiyah di Kota Makassar menghadapi tantangan terkait keterbatasan lahan di lingkungan perkotaan yang padat, di mana harus mengakomodasi kegiatan keagamaan, pendidikan, pelatihan, perumahan, dan pelayanan sosial. Kondisi lahan yang terbatas menuntut strategi perencanaan lokasi yang efektif untuk memastikan efisiensi fungsional, kenyamanan pengguna, keamanan, dan kelestarian lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi perencanaan lokasi yang diterapkan dalam pengembangan Pusat Dakwah Muslimah Wahdah Islamiyah, dengan fokus pada aksesibilitas, sirkulasi, orientasi bangunan, zonasi ruang, pengendalian lingkungan, dan optimalisasi ruang terbuka hijau. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus melalui observasi lokasi, tinjauan dokumentasi, dan analisis desain makro-mikro. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa optimalisasi lahan dapat dicapai melalui pemisahan sirkulasi masuk dan keluar, pengembangan massa vertikal, zonasi publik–semi-publik–pribadi yang jelas, orientasi bangunan yang responsif terhadap iklim, serta integrasi ruang terbuka hijau multifungsi sebagai zona penyangga. Temuan ini memberikan referensi praktis untuk perencanaan pusat dakwah Muslimah di kawasan perkotaan dengan ketersediaan lahan yang terbatas.
