Analisis Penerapan Model House of Risk (HoR) dalam Mencapai Kinerja Organisasi: Studi Kasus Rumah Sakit XYZ

Rumah sakit sebagai institusi pelayanan publik dituntut mampu mencapai kinerja organisasi dengan mengukur pencapaian Indikator Kinerja Utama (IKU) yang telah ditetapkan untuk mewujudkan pelayanan kesehatan yang optimal, akuntabel, dan berdaya saing. Namun dalam proses pencapaiannya, berbagai risiko dapat muncul dan menghambat tercapainya tujuan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan model House of Risk (HoR) dalam mengelola risiko yang memengaruhi pencapaian Indikator Kinerja Utama (IKU) di Rumah Sakit XYZ. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan mixed method dengan melibatkan 64 responden dari 32-unit pemilik risiko. Hasil penelitian mengidentifikasi 76 risk event dan 75 risk agent yang tersebar pada sembilan IKU komposit. Melalui HoR Fase 1 dan Fase 2, diperoleh agen risiko prioritas serta strategi mitigasi yang efektif dan realistis untuk diimplementasikan. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa HoR mampu mendukung pengelolaan risiko secara sistematis dan berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan kinerja organisasi rumah sakit.
