Pengaruh Job Demands dan Stres Kerja terhadap Psychological Well-Being pada Karyawan PT INTI (Persero)

Abstract

Kondisi restrukturisasi organisasi sering kali meningkatkan tuntutan kerja yang memicu stres kerja dan berdampak pada kesejahteraan psikologis karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh job demands dan stres kerja terhadap psychological well-being pada karyawan PT INTI (Persero). Penelitian ini melibatkan 46 karyawan yang mewakili setiap divisi dan dipilih menggunakan teknik random sampling. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa job demands dan stres kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap psychological well-being dengan nilai F hitung sebesar 7,168 dan tingkat signifikansi 0,002. Secara parsial, job demands tidak berpengaruh terhadap psychological well-being dengan nilai p > 0,05, sedangkan stres kerja berpengaruh terhadap psychological well-being dengan nilai p < 0,05. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa kesejahteraan psikologis karyawan PT INTI (Persero) tergolong relatif baik meskipun menghadapi tuntutan dan tekanan kerja yang tinggi.
