Hubungan Fungsi Kognitif dengan Kualitas Hidup pada Pasien Skizofrenia di Rumah Sakit Jiwa Atma Husada Mahakam Samarinda. Skizofrenia masih menjadi kondisi kejiwaan yang paling banyak mendapatkan perawatan di rumah sakit dan sering kali disertai gangguan fungsi kognitif, yang dapat berdampak pada keberlangsungan hidup penderitanya. Berbagai studi menunjukkan hasil yang berbeda terkait hubungan antara fungsi kognitif dengan kualitas hidup pada pasien skizofrenia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara fungsi kognitif dengan kualitas hidup pada pasien skizofrenia di Rumah Sakit Jiwa Atma Husada Mahakam Samarinda. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam studi ini adalah observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross-sectional dan dilakukan di instalasi rawat jalan, dan instalasi rekam medik. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan jumlah responden memenuhi kriteria penelitian sebanyak 70 pasien. Data penelitian diperoleh dari data primer melalui wawancara menggunakan kuesioner Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) dan World Health Organization Quality of Life–BREF (WHOQOL-BREF) dan data sekunder yang bersumber dari rekam medik. Uji Chi-square digunakan untuk menganalisis hubungan fungsi kognitif dengan kualitas hidup pasien. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar sampel mengalami gangguan fungsi kognitif berat (58,6%) dan memiliki kualitas hidup yang rendah (62,9%). Analisis bivariat memperlihatkan hubungan yang bermakna antara fungsi kognitif dengan kualitas hidup (p < 0,001). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, menunjukkan bahwa responden dengan gangguan kognitif berat cenderung memiliki kualitas hidup rendah, sedangkan responden dengan fungsi kognitif normal seluruhnya berada pada kategori kualitas hidup tinggi.
