Abstract

Penelitian dengan judul Analisis Dukungan Sosial Keluarga dalam Proses Pemulihan Pasien di Rumah Singgah Sriwijaya Kota Palembang ini dilatarbelakangi oleh besarnya hambatan psikososial dan ekonomi yang dihadapi keluarga pasien luar daerah. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi bagaimana bentuk dukungan sosial keluarga diberikan kepada pasien rawat jalan selama masa tinggal di fasilitas rumah singgah. Menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, data dihimpun melalui observasi partisipatif dan wawancara terhadap pasien, keluarga, serta pengelola yayasan. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa dukungan sosial keluarga terimplementasi dengan sangat optimal, terlihat dari pencapaian skor observasi keluarga sebesar 97,2% dan respon positif pasien mencapai 93,7%. Sinergi antara fasilitas akomodasi gratis dan pendampingan keluarga yang intensif terbukti menjadi faktor krusial dalam menjaga stabilitas mental pasien. Kesimpulannya, penguatan dukungan sosial yang mencakup dimensi emosional, instrumental, informasi, dan penghargaan sangat efektif dalam menunjang keberhasilan pemulihan pasien di lingkungan non-medis.
