Pengaruh Entrepreneurship terhadap Peningkatan Pengetahuan Nursepreneur

Entrepreneurship sebagai sikap dan tindakan otonom yang dapat mengintegrasikan elemen inovasi, rintangan, usaha keras, dan kepuasan guna meraih hasil yang optimal, dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan kualitas, karakter dan perekonomian masyarakat sebagai insan yang mandiri. Perawat sebagai nursepreneur terjun ke dunia bisnis yang berorientasi pada problem-solving business pada dunia keperawatan dalam rangka mencari keuntungan finansial. Siswa SMK Keperawatan masih belum paham mengenai keterkaitannnya sehingga perlu adanya pemahaman entreprenurship tentang pengetahuan nursepreneur. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh entrepreneurship terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan nursepreneur. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan Cross Sectional, dan menggunakan teknik total sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 55 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa entrepreneurship berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengetahuan nursepreneur siswa dengan signifikansi 0,001 dengan proporsi sebesar 40,3% sementara sisanya dipengaruhi oleh factor-faktor lain yang tidak menjadi focus dalam penelitian ini. Analisa data yang digunakan adalah dengan uji F, dengan tingkat kemaknaan =0,05 didapatkan hasil 0,000 sehingga H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa terdapat pengaruh entrepreneurship terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan nursepreneur.
