Media dan Komunikasi Kebijakan Publik: Analisis Frekuensi dan Sentimen Pemberitaan Program Makan Bergizi Gratis (MBG)

Penelitian ini menganalisis representasi kebijakan publik dalam pemberitaan mengenai Program Makan Bergizi Gratis (MBG) di portal media online Detik.com. Tujuan utama kajian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi frekuensi, tren, dan kecenderungan sentimen yang muncul dalam narasi pemberitaan selama periode April hingga Juli 2025. Penelitian menggunakan metode campuran (mixed methods), yang memadukan analisis isi kuantitatif terhadap 304 artikel berita yang diperoleh dari portal media online Detik.com dengan analisis deskriptif kualitatif guna memperdalam pemahaman terhadap konteks temuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa intensitas pemberitaan mengikuti pola issue-attention cycle, dengan peningkatan tajam pada Mei 2025 saat muncul isu terkait risiko pelaksanaan program, kemudian mengalami penurunan pada fase implementasi. Analisis sentimen memperlihatkan bahwa 55,59% berita bernada positif, 23,36% bernada negatif, dan 21,05% bersifat netral. Dominasi sentimen positif mengindikasikan kecenderungan media dalam mendukung narasi kebijakan pemerintah, meskipun tetap menyediakan ruang bagi kritik yang bersifat konstruktif. Secara keseluruhan, hasil penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa komunikasi kebijakan publik melalui media digital bersifat dinamis dan dialogis, serta memiliki peran strategis dalam membentuk persepsi dan opini publik terhadap kebijakan pemerintah di ruang digital.
