Strategi Komunikasi Ibu Bekerja terhadap Tumbuh Kembang Anak Usia Dini

Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi strategi komunikasi yang diterapkan oleh ibu bekerja dalam mendukung tumbuh kembang anak usia dini ditengah keterbatasan waktu dan peran ganda yang dimiliki. Objek penelitian ini adalah strategi komunikasi yang dipilih oleh ibu bekerja, yang berfokus pada interaksi sehari-hari ibu dan anak, perilaku anak, serta hubungan emosional antara ibu dan anak. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan studi kasus, melibatkan 3 informan ibu bekerja dengan anak usia dini yang memiliki perbedaan jam kerja, latar belakang pekerjaan dan domisili tempat tinggal. Pengumpulan data melalui wawancara semi-struktural dan observasi langsung terhadap interaksi ibu dan anak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas komunikasi berpengaruh terhadap tumbuh kembang anak usia dini berdasarkan strategi komunikasi yang digunakan dalam interaksi. Strategi komunikasi yang diterapkan oleh ibu bekerja ditentukan oleh usia, karakter, kebutuhan, keunikan masing-masing anak dan didukung dari beberapa faktor konstektual. Dengan pemilihan strategi komunikasi yang tepat, ibu bekerja mampu memperkuat hubungan emosional antara ibu dan anak serta mendukung tumbuh kembang anak secara optimal. Dengan penelitian ini, diharapkan dapat menginspirasi para ibu bekerja dalam menentukan strategi dalam mendukung tumbuh kembang anak secara optimal ditengah peran ganda yang dimiliki. Sehingga, ibu bekerja dapat mengaktualisasikan potensi diri tanpa rasa khawatir akan perannya sebagai ibu.
