Pengelolaan Barang Milik Negara (BMN) Alat Operasional Utama (Aloptama) Radar Cuaca BMKG

Pengelolaan Barang Milik Negara (BMN) berupa radar cuaca merupakan aspek penting dalam mendukung operasional Badan Meteorologi, Klimatologi, dan Geofisika (BMKG) dalam pemantauan cuaca dan mitigasi bencana. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sistem pengelolaan aset radar cuaca di BMKG, mencakup aspek perencanaan, pengadaan, penggunaan, pemeliharaan, serta pemindahtanganan aset yang tidak lagi beroperasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan radar cuaca menghadapi beberapa tantangan, terutama dalam hal efisiensi perencanaan kebutuhan, pembiayaan pengadaan, serta pemeliharaan yang semakin kompleks akibat usia aset yang telah melampaui 10 tahun. Untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pengelolaan aset radar cuaca, BMKG perlu mengoptimalkan strategi pengadaan, memperkuat sistem pemeliharaan, serta meningkatkan tata kelola pencatatan dan pengawasan aset.
