Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui efektivitas pemeriksaan dan penegakan regulasi terhadap laik fungsi kendaraan melalui mediasi kompetensi petugas di terminal Tipe A Provinsi Banten. Metode penelitian menggunakan path analysis dan uji model menggunakan SmartPLS. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dan observasi. Populasi penelitian diambil dari jumlah pengemudi angkutan umum AKAP pada Terminal Tipe A di wilayah BPTD Kelas II Banten,  dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 100 orang. "Efektivitas Pemeriksaan" dan "Penegakan Regulasi" secara signifikan dan positif mempengaruhi "Kompetensi Petugas" dan "Laik Fungsi Kendaraan". "Penegakan Regulasi" tampaknya memiliki pengaruh yang sedikit lebih besar dibandingkan "Efektivitas Pemeriksaan" terhadap kedua variabel.
