Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Partisipatif terhadap Kinerja dan Profesionalisme dalam Konteks Pendidikan dan Organisasi

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menelaah berbagai hasil studi mengenai pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan partisipatif terhadap kinerja pegawai, profesionalisme guru, serta implementasi manajemen strategik di lembaga pendidikan dan organisasi. Melalui metode studi literatur terhadap 10 artikel ilmiah, ditemukan bahwa kepemimpinan partisipatif berkontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan efektivitas kerja, kepuasan kerja, loyalitas, serta motivasi kerja pegawai. Penelitian ini juga membandingkan pendekatan kepemimpinan dalam konteks sekolah, madrasah, dan pesantren serta organisasi publik lainnya.
