Determinasi kinerja tenaga medis melalui motivasi kerja dimoderasi oleh kepuasan kerja adalah artikel studi pustaka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh komunikasi internal, pengembangan karir, burnout, dan self-efficacy terhadap motivasi kerja dan kinerja tenaga medis, serta ingin mengetahui motivasi kerja memediasi komunikasi internal, pengembangan karir, burnout, dan self-efficacy terhadap kinerja, dan kepuasan kerja memoderasi motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja. Objek riset yaitu menggunakan pustaka online, google shoolar, dan media akademik lainya. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan literature review (library risearch) bersumber dari jurnal ilmiah terpublikasi. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif. hasil penelitian ini secara langsung komunikasi internal, pengembangan karir, burnout, self efficacy berpengaruh terhadap motivasi dan kinerja pegawai medis. Motivasi kerja mampu memediasi pengaruh komunikasi internal, pengembangan karir, burnout, self efficacy terhadap kinerja pegawai medis. Kepuasan kerja mampu memoderasi motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai.
