Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi dan menganalisa efektivitas pendekatan fuzzy dalam pembuatan keputusan manajemen rantai pasok pada perusahaan jasa. Penggunaan metode kualitatif mempermudah peneliti dalam mengoleksi data penelitian sebelumnya secara sistematis dan membandingkan setiap data untuk mengambil kesimpulan. Fuzzy AHP, fuzzy TOPSIS, fuzzy VIKOR, fuzzy FTA, fuzzy MCDM, fuzzy AHP - grey theory, dan fuzzy Logic - ANN, merupakan pendekatan yang akan dibahas dalam penelitian berikut. Ditemukan bahwa pendekatan fuzzy belum efektif dalam implementasinya di manajemen rantai pasok industri jasa, karena pendekatan fuzzy masih mengandung kompleksitas dan subjektivitas bila penilainya memasukan data yang subjektif. Penelitian ini dapat dijadikan pertimbangan untuk memilih metode fuzzy yang tepat dalam pengambilan keputusan rantai pasok bisnis jasa.
