Abstract

Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku konsumen dalam keputusan pembelian barang dan jasa. Mempelajari dan menganalisis perilaku konsumen dalam keputusan pembelian adalah hal yang penting, sebab dengan pengetahuan dasar yang baik mengenai perilaku konsumen akan dapat memberikan masukan yang berarti bagi perencanaan strategi pemasaran. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian asosiatif, yaitu penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh ataupun juga hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih. Artikel ini mereview  Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi motivasi konsumen, produk, harga, pelayanan dan lokasi.
