Kepemimpinan, kejelasan peran berkaitan dengan motivasi seseorang dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Objek riset pada pustaka online, Publish or Perish, Google Schoolar, mendeley dan media online akademik lainnya. Metode penelitian dilakukan melalui studi literatur yang berkaitan dengan kepemimpinan, kejelasan peran, motivasi dan kinerja pegawai . Analisis menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil dari artikel ini adalah 1) untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai, 2) pengaruh kejelasan peran terhadap kinerja pegawai dan 3) pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai.
