Abstract

Pada era globalisasi sekarang ini setiap perusahaan harus siap untuk menghadapi perubahan-perubahan agar dapat mempertahankan keunggulan bersaingnya. Konsumen mempunyai banyak pilihan produk yang dapat mereka beli. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan harus mampu berinovasi agar konsumen tetap memilih produk mereka. Artikel ini mereview  Literature Review Keunggulan Kompetitif, yaitu: Pengaruh Inovasi, Kreativitas dan Kepuasan Konsumen, suatu studi literatur Sistem Informasi Manajemen. Tujuan penulisan artikel ini guna membangun hipotesis pengaruh antar variabel untuk digunakan pada riset selanjutnya.   Hasil artikel literature review ini adalah:  1) Pengaruh Inovasi  berpengaruh terhadap Keunggulan Kompetitif; 2) Kreativitas berpengaruh terhadap Keunggulan Kompetitif; dan 3) Kepuasan Konsumen berpengaruh terhadap Keunggulan Kompetitif.
