Literature review faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku konsumen: harga, kualitas produk dan kepuasan pembeli

Memahami perilaku konsumen penting sekali bagi pengusaha, pemasar, maupun biro iklan. Pemahaman bagaimana dan mengapa konsumen melakukan keputusan pembelinya akan dapat membantu pemasar membuat keputusan-keputusan yang tepat dalam pemasarannya. Inti permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah (1) apakah harga termasuk faktor utama dalam perilaku konsumen? (2) mengapa pengendalian kualitas produk sangat penting? (3) mengapa kepuasan pembeli perlu diprioritaskan dalam bidang usaha?. Kegunaan penelitian ini adalah dapat memberikan masukan yang beerguna sebagai bahan pertimbangan bagi pihak-pihak yang berkepentingan dalam menentukan strategi pemasaran di masa mendatang.
