Pola dan Strategi Komunikasi Pasca Deklarasi Pembubaran Kelompok Jamaah Islamiyah

Penelitian ini membahas dinamika internal, strategi komunikasi, dan pola restrukturisasi Jamaah Islamiyah (JI) dalam mempertahankan eksistensinya sebagai salah satu organisasi teroris paling berpengaruh di Asia Tenggara. Selama lebih dari tiga dekade, JI menunjukkan kemampuan tinggi dalam beradaptasi terhadap tekanan eksternal melalui reorganisasi struktural, kaderisasi sistematis, dan penerapan strategi komunikasi risiko, seperti konsep Tas ToS (Total Amniyyah and Total Settlement), untuk menghindari deteksi aparat keamanan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik studi pustaka, mengandalkan sumber-sumber sekunder yang kredibel untuk menelusuri sejarah, ideologi, struktur kepemimpinan, serta transformasi strategi gerakan JI dari kekerasan fisik menuju infiltrasi melalui dakwah, pendidikan, dan ekonomi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kekuatan JI terletak pada tiga pilar utama: hierarki organisasi yang rapi, komunikasi internal yang terkoordinasi, dan ideologi yang kuat dan terstruktur. Pola komunikasi organisasi menunjukkan bahwa pemimpin, baik sebagai pengambil keputusan maupun penyambung informasi, memainkan peran sentral dalam menjaga soliditas jaringan dan arah gerakan. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa memahami strategi komunikasi dan regenerasi kepemimpinan dalam kelompok radikal adalah penting sebagai bagian dari upaya preventif untuk menangani terorisme berbasis ideologi di Indonesia.
