Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Teladan dan Iklim Sekolah Terhadap Keterlibatan Pekerja dan Kepuasan Kerja di Sekolah Kristen Tunas Harapan Bogor

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan teladan dan iklim sekolah terhadap keterlibatan pekerja dan kepuasan kerja di Sekolah Kristen Tunas Harapan Bogor. Latar belakang penelitian adalah terjadinya penurunan jumlah siswa dan penerimaan siswa baru dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, yang mengindikasikan perlunya perbaikan kualitas sekolah melalui peningkatan kualitas guru dan manajemen sekolah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM). Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner kepada 78 pekerja yang terdiri dari 61 guru dan 17 staf menggunakan teknik sensus. Analisis data dilakukan dengan SmartPLS 4 untuk analisis deskriptif dan inferensial.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan teladan dan iklim sekolah memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keterlibatan pekerja baik secara independen maupun simultan. Iklim sekolah berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja, namun kepemimpinan teladan tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap kepuasan kerja. Temuan menarik adalah kepemimpinan teladan memberikan pengaruh tidak langsung terhadap kepuasan kerja melalui mediasi iklim sekolah. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi bahwa perubahan kepemimpinan teladan dan iklim sekolah akan berdampak signifikan pada keterlibatan pekerja, sementara kepuasan kerja lebih dipengaruhi oleh kondisi iklim sekolah yang kondusif.
