Abstract

Kebakaran merupakan salah satu risiko bencana yang sering terjadi di kawasan permukiman perkotaan padat, termasuk lingkungan kampus yang memiliki aktivitas tinggi dan fasilitas berisiko. Kondisi ini menuntut kesiapsiagaan masyarakat yang memadai untuk meminimalkan dampak kebakaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis efektivitas pelatihan pencegahan dan penanggulangan kebakaran berbasis partisipasi dalam meningkatkan kesiapsiagaan masyarakat di lingkungan Kampus Institut Transportasi dan Logistik (ITL) Trisakti. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain one-group pre-test-post-test. Pelatihan dilaksanakan secara interaktif melalui penyampaian materi, demonstrasi, dan praktik langsung yang mencakup penggunaan Alat Pemadam Api Ringan (APAR), penanganan kebocoran gas LPG, serta simulasi pemadaman api skala kecil. Sebanyak 20 peserta mengikuti seluruh rangkaian kegiatan secara aktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan pada aspek pengetahuan, sikap, dan keterampilan dengan rata-rata kenaikan skor sebesar 104,2%. Uji paired-sample t-test menunjukkan nilai signifikansi p < 0,001, yang menegaskan adanya perbedaan bermakna sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan. Temuan ini membuktikan bahwa pelatihan berbasis partisipasi efektif dalam meningkatkan literasi dan kesiapsiagaan keselamatan kebakaran masyarakatBerisi tentang latar belakang, tujuan, metode, hasil, dan kesimpulan.
